I need to find out how to disable an account instead of deleting it. I don't want to permanently delete the account, I just want any email coming to it to be rejected and a message sent back to the sender that the email account does not exist. Does anyone have any idea how to do this? Thanks

I wish it was that simple. All users have the same mail template. I can get to those people's web mail from my machine without a problem, it's their machines at their locations that will only access the inbox and none of the buttons on top.
