When opening .tif files in the Kodak Imaging software that is included with Win2k, it opens in full screen. I don't want it to fill the whole screen to where I can't even see my task bar. How can I change it so it is not in full screen? I can't even resize the window or anything.

I have someone who has an issue where Word randomly starts to run slow when trying to copy and paste. I have tried to reinstall office, defrag, recreate windows profile. I'm seriouly stumped on this and was wondering if anyone has seen this before or has any suggestions for me. Thanks!

After stopping the printer spooler, there are no files located at winnt\system32\spool\printers. :(

I have been searching and people say it is either clearing out c:\winnt\system32\spool\printers or that it is print jobs stuck in a printer (most people say image writer). None of this applies to me but spoolsv.exe is using 100% CPU. Any ideas?
