I seem to need to run scripts on both the production and secondary (backup) servers. I am using Symantec Backup Exec so I presume I use pre- and post- scripts, but that would only affect the backup server. How do you get the production server to run commands in time.
Does anyone have any sample scripts to help me get this off the ground? Thanks

Whats the server for? Just file serving or database server also and maybe email and domain controller and terminal services, etc etc. You may see the performance issue when you copy a small file but what else is the server doing at that moment?

I can't remove them from the published application because they need to use it. I am trying to prevent some but not all users from accessing the application from certain workstations. But all users need to use it from somewhere.
