After we put the card in, we gained the additional mailboxes; but also gained some strange and seemingly unrelated side effects.
Calls were randomly being cut off, and when a call was coming in it appeared to be ringing on 2 lines. Only one of the lines actually had a call.
Once we removed...
I have a windows 2000 server w/ SP4 installed. We just upgraded from Exchange 5.5 to 2000.
After the install is finished, the Information Store service (and all other dependent services) will not start. When I try to manually start the Store service I get the following error:

selector code 1 is programmed to go to 12. I can change it to 10 or 11 or whatever....but for some reason it defaults back to 12, and will always transfer there.
I have a Partner Plus R4.1 with a Partnermail R3 (not vs...big box mounted to wall).
When Auto Attendant picks up if someone dials 11 it doesn't ring to 11 it either goes into x12's voicemail, or rings at x10 then goes to it's voicemail.p
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
I have a client who has a Partnermail VS which only has 10 mailboxes. This is becoming exceedingly inadequate as they grow.
My question is, if I upgrade with an expansion PC card, will they lose any existing saved messages? They are a law office and must retain certain recordings for obvious...
I was able to verify the extensions I added to group 770 were in fact the ports on the 007 MLM card.
Just to be safe I verified all the settings of group 770. Set to linear hunt, integrated VMI, and re-added the ports on the 007 MLM...and still nothing.
I get a green status light on the...
I recently aquired an IBM Network Printer 12. Although it prints just fine, it does make a high pitch sound briefly before the page starts coming out.
Is there a quick fix, or is major repair needed?
Thanks
I am trying to install the 007 MLM card into a Legend CKE5 system but am not able to sign on as administrator.
I have specified the extensions that it recognizes to be in group 770. Group 770 is setup as a linear hunt group and is integrated VMI.
When I dial 770 from an MLX phone (from the...
NT 4.0 server w/ SP6a.
When booting it gets to the blue screen where it shows processor info, and service pack level. Then it flashes briefly what looks to be a memory domp, and starts the process all over.
It would do this all day if I let it.
I tried running a repair, or even...
Another question on this system...
I think the software revision on the system is version 4, because of some labeling on the system processor. Are there any limits in that case? If necesarry, how can I upgrade?, or do I just need to replace the system processor.
Thanks for all your help.
This is for a mortgage company that is going to be doing mostly cold calls. So, the users will be on the phone a great deal more than just a regular user.
First off, will a legend support that many lines/extensions?
Secondly, what I'm thinking is 3 T1 cards, and several extension cards. Is there anything larger than a 008 card as far as extensions go?
