    What I have had to do in the past was login as each user, and config their citrix connection/apps. It is a pain but with profiles its the only way I've done it. Hope it helps.

    you'll want to make sure they dont have any ghost connections. check the citrix managment console. go to the application published they are trying to use, and you'll prolly see that user in disconnected status. check that first.
