Has anyone experienced this? I have an IPO thats been quite happy for the last month using only SIP trunks until today when calls kept dropping and the IPO was not reachable on the LAN. I have seen reference to overheating in thread940-1668521 and wonder if anyone else has witnessed this. I...
'Check OOS' makes no difference either way. Not sure I can blame the Draytek on this one as rebooting the IP Office makes it work and not rebooting the router. I can also browse the Internet quite happily when the 3G failover activates. Can anyone recommend an alternative router (ideally with...
I tried the external extension on the IP Office LAN today but still with the external IP address in the call server and again it didn't work until I updated Draytek firmware (hadn't realised it wasn't at the latest). I thought this was progress but it still doesn't work externally, although...
Assuming you mean 'Check OOS', it is currently checked. I am not onsite at the moment but will try and test with it unchecked. I need to be careful disabling WAN1 while off site in case I cut myself off!
IP Office with 5 SIP trunks working well through Draytek router. I have configured a backup WAN using a 3G dongle but the IP Office rejects calls until I reboot the IP Office (when normal ADSL wan is down and backup wan is active).
Any thoughts?
I'm struggling with this one too!

Hi
I am trying to add an upload file option to an existing contact form. I have tried using persits aspupload but I do not want to leave the current page. My contact form is an include file which currently calls a script for validation on submit and then returns to its calling page if all is...
Thanks for your reply. It is not allowed to be witheld and if it goes out as a generic number and the recipient calls back, we have no way of knowing how to answer the call.
I have a situation where I need to change the public OLI depending on who is being called! My client makes outbound calls on behalf of various companies that they work for and the OLI needs to be different for each company.
Thanks in advance.

I have found numerous threads relating to this but everyone appears to have different requirements! I have multiple extensions with DDI's that forward to VM after hours with no problem. I also have a main number on 4 lines and these lines all point to a hunt group (should I be using a ringing...
I am told by my vendor that the codes are only compatible with v2 and even if I was to upgrade the software to v2, my hardware will not support the built in analogue extensions! They have suggested that I upgrade the software to v2 and then install a digital/analogue extension combi card. Any...
I am told that these key codes are only compatible with v2. I believe I have v1? (bcm_m50r1 1.00.2.04.j) Is this correct and if so, is it just a software issue that can be upgraded or is it the physical hardware? Thanks
Thank You! I can now see from the RJ21 wiring diagram that there are 4 analogue telpehone connections. I have connected an analogue telephone to device 5 (DN 233 Port 413) but it is dead. Am I missing something?
I have a BCM50 currently with 1 expansion chassis containing a Digital Trunk Interface. I need additional extensions but also 5 analogue extensions (modems/fax's). If I add another expansion chassis (I believe I am limited to 2?) would it be best to add a digital extension interface and then 5...
I have a BCM50 with DASS2 trunks. The trunks are configured with a DDI range on channels 1-12 and a main number on channels 13-16. I can make outbound calls and receive incoming calls on the DDI range but inbound calls on the main number only do half a ring after a long pause and then die! Any...
I have an Zyxel broadband router (with IPSec vpn capability) providing Internet accesss to an SBS. I can successfully configure this using 1 or 2 NIC's (I assume with 1 NIC the firewall side of the ISA is redundant?). I am now trying to implement the vpn side of the router but I am struggling...
