BCM50 DASS2

I have a BCM50 with DASS2 trunks. The trunks are configured with a DDI range on channels 1-12 and a main number on channels 13-16. I can make outbound calls and receive incoming calls on the DDI range but inbound calls on the main number only do half a ring after a long pause and then die! Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Have you set the answer mode on the trunks for the main number to 'Manual'?

Its because no ddi numbers are passed from the exchange / co to the PBX on channels 13-16 because they have a fixed number thats why you have to set them to Manual
