Adding a remote H.323 extension to a new customer 8.1, SonicWALL and 9608. STUN type is Full Cone NAT with proper ports opened on SW. When trying to login the phone the LCD shows "registration error" and the SonicWALL logs show Registration Reject. The extension (x9506) is programmed to allow remote extension, but I can't get it to connect. Right now I'm testing outside of our firewall in our office (not the customer's office) so the phone has a public IP. Does anyone know what I'm missing?

IPMonkey, i have no idea.
I do not have to deal with BT :)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I tried the external extension on the IP Office LAN today but still with the external IP address in the call server and again it didn't work until I updated Draytek firmware (hadn't realised it wasn't at the latest). I thought this was progress but it still doesn't work externally, although does appear to get slightly further. I have also tried a different remote location through a Netgear router and no different so it definitely looks like a Draytek problem. I am determined to crack this! Is it likely to be the 1719, 1720 or RTP forwarding that is causing the problem?
