I have two Sharepoint 2007 farms, one for authoring and one for production. I have set up content deployment between the two farms with both an overnight deployment and quick deploy polling every ten minutes.
The powers that be have decided that up to ten minutes is too long to wait for things...

We are looking to migrate to Exchange 2003 from exchange 5.5 in the near future, with the clients running Outlook 2003 on windows XP Pro.

Due to a recent office move, I need to create a new site,
Is it possible to create a new site and join it to our existing exchange structure, if the new site is within the same IP range / subnet as an existing site?
Both severs will be windows 2000 servers running exchange 5.5,
If it is...

Just for those who are interested, I've tested the required setup now,
Exchange 2003 will work with outlook 98 but it won't allow you to install exchange unless youu are running AD

Thanks Murray,
A slight omission on my part there, we are running exchange 5.5, and the user is on a desktop so therefore never running offline

Morning all
I've have a user running Outlook 98 on a windows 2000 machine, which is working perfectly except for the fact, he doesn't have the out of office option
I have tried doing a full reinstall and fresh install to no avail
Does anyone have any ideas
Cheers

We are looking to roll out exchange 2003 after SP1 comes out to run on our non AD windows 2000 servers.
Our end users are currently using Outlook 98 as their email client.
Does anyone know if any of this causes any compatibility issues.
Cheers

We tend to have store PST's on a users private home directory on one of our data servers, this free's up space on the exchange server and also means that all the PST's get backed up every night...
