Of late, we are experiencing a strange problem with sql*loader. It is populating some columns with values that are not in the raw file. For example., the raw file contains

I modified a table from 2 to 4 columns and insert statement accordingly. When I make a transaction I am getting following error

I tried what you have written and still had no response. I returned the mic to the store and picked another one and it worked like a charm.

The microphone I have attached to the PC does not show any signs of picking up sound. I have tried all the tricks mentioned in the troubleshooting guides and various sites in the internet. Still, no response. Any ideas ?
