Sniper,
Good call. The user tried logging into another PC with an incorrect PW 3 times and it did not lock him out. I did check his Local Security Policy > Account Lockout Policy > Lockout Threshold is set for 5 invalid attempts. Is there another setting that could be locking him out after...
Hello all,
I have one user on my domain that gets locked out after one failed logon attempt. He is using an XP PC, has no other problems if he gets his password correct the first time, and we have a group policy set to lock out users after 5 failed attempts. No one else has this issue. I...
Yes Goomba, you did suggest that, but it took a while before I could pin down our network guy to look at it. Again, thank you all for all of your suggestions!
Hi all, I finally figured it out. The AP was broadcasting in 'a' only. The laptop's wifi is b/g/n. I don't know why this was set this way, but all is well now that we changed the AP to b/g/n. Thanks for all of your help.
Rich
Hi Goomba,
This laptop is at a remote location and someone is dropping it off to me on Monday. I will give your suggestion a shot. Thanks for the suggestion.
I have a Dell Inspiron that I just ran the W7 Anytime Upgrade from W7 Home to Pro. This was done in order to connect this laptop to our domain. The upgrade worked without any problems. When attempting to connect to our AP, the wireless network does not appear on the list of available...
Thank you all! It is now working just fine. I really appreciate all of your help>
LB, thanks for the Ken Hamady link. There's a ton of great info on his site.

OK, I got the DateDiff to work.
Madawc, I don't understand what you mean by "split using a single formula field".
I created the following formula (CTA) and put it in Columns, but it only shows the clients <13:
if ({@Age} < 13) then
"Child" else
if (({@Age} < 18) and ({@Age} >=13)) then...
Hi all,
I'm sure this is pretty easy, but...
I'm trying to create a report to total immunization given (immun.immtype), by date administered (immun.servdate), and break that down by age.
I created 3 formula fields - Adult: "((immun.servdate) - (patient.dob)) / 365.25 >= 18"; Teen...
Hi!
CR Pro v11.0 (and very new to this, please be gentle)
I'm sure this is an easy fix, but... I'm trying to find immunization administered by our clinic by date and immunization type. Then I need a grand total count broken down by ImmType. I have the ServiceDate in the Group 1 Header and...
Hi all,
I'm kinda new in CR, so please go easy on me. I need to join 2 tables by the first 3 characters in each field. This worked with SQL, but I don't know how to do it CR XI: htrans.servcode[1,3] = immun.immtype[1,3].
Also is there an easy way to copy an SQL directly in to CR? I found...
Hi LB,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I've been a little swamped and this had to take a back burner. I just figured out that SQL's could go in a command. I have a little background with SQL and I'm just learning CR. That did the trick. The sub-report is over my head for right...
I can use the following line to link 2 table in SQL: "htrans.servcode[1,3] = immun.immtype[1,3]". This statement looks for the first 3 characters in each field to match instead of the entire field. Is there a way to do this in Crystal? Thanks, Rich
I keep getting the "The ) is missing" error message with the following formula:
{mhserv.sercod} = "IS024" and
((not isnull {mhprognew.opendat1}) and
(isnull {mhprognew.closedat1})) or
((not isnull {mhprognew.opendat2}) and
(isnull {mhprognew.closedat2})) or
((not isnull {mhprognew.opendat3})...
