I already setup the Exchange server to route to a smart host. I'm using IIS4's SMTP service on the proxy server. I got serveral messages to go out yesterday, but it stopped working later in the day.

I can say that I've had more sucess with using the EXMERGE utility that copies the users mailbox information out to PST's, then can dump the information back in the new server.
I've used it with several clients, nothing with more than one exchange server per site, and less than 100 users...
With Exchange 2000's OWA, I notice some machines that I log into OWA require some Microsoft Office files to properly display and include the original text in the reply.
I don't see this with machines that have Office 97 or lower installed on them, but Office2000 and XP seem to create the issue...
