OWA reply text missing

We have been using OWA on Exchange 2000 for several months with no real problems. Last week we decided to start SSL services on the server. No real problems with that except...When OWA users reply or forward e-mail the original text of the message doesn't appear, just the header information. Outlook 2002 users (on the same exchange server) don't have this problem, but that's not an option for all our users.
I'd appreciate any help anyone can give.

With Exchange 2000's OWA, I notice some machines that I log into OWA require some Microsoft Office files to properly display and include the original text in the reply.

I don't see this with machines that have Office 97 or lower installed on them, but Office2000 and XP seem to create the issue with the "requiring additional files"

Thought I would mention it, it's probably not your exact problem, but along the same topic.
