Thanks for everyones help. I have flashed the Tape drive to 2E2E through the TSMC software. I've also flashed the Library via a serial cable that you get with the unit. This has seemed to fix my problem. I've been testing it for the last week and all seems well. Thanks a lot!

Firmware version of the tape unit is 2D2D. Are you able to flash the tape drive by diskette or do you need to do it with a cable like when flashing the library?

The tape library is a Compaq MSL5026. I've also enabled RSM.
