    Try deleting any downloaded plugins to Internet explorer. Go to tools>Internet Options>General Tab>Settings>View objects and delete them all. You can download these again upon demand, and this may sort your problem, I have seen this a few times on customers sites where the plugin is locking...

    I am running that same mouse on Win2k SP3 without any problems. However, the only difference is that I am using the PS/2 adaptor that shipped with it because I have other USB devices installed. Have you tried using the little green adaptor that ships with it? Hope this helps - Graeme

    Have you thought about publishing certificates to authenticate the users? I am guessing you are already registered with Verisign, so I cant see a problem with setting up the users in AD and then issuing certificates to allow them to access your web server. Anyone else agree/Disagree? - Graeme.

    Hiya, Have you tried rebooting the laptop? If that doesnt do anything, Log off, log in as administrator and check the dial up settings on the administrator login. Failing that, try booting up into "Last known good configuration" Gimme a shout if you have any problems - Graeme.
