I have a BCM 450 6.0 (patched to latest SU)directly connecting to Brighthouse via SIP. I can seem to call out to all carriers with two-way speech paths except AT@T Wireless phones, inbound from AT@T works fine. Has anyone heard of this?

I have a BCM50 3.0 all patched up. Keycodes for 6 mailboxes and 4 UM. When I try to create a 4th mailbox I get " No more Unified Messaging Seats Available." I cannot build anymore mailboxes.
Thoughts anyone?

I tried using the image that on TL's link. The BCM just tries booting up past that, without trying to read from the CD drive. Its supossedly a Nortel approved drive.

There is a software update for the CP. Also updates for RCC server and RCC client. Nortel website.

Does anyone know if either passes agent ID information. Have a customer with MICS 7.1 and Call Pilot 150 that wants to record calls based by an agents ID and not their extension number. The recording software needs to see the agent ID.
