Are the W2k clients using the PN Client or the Web Client? IF it is the web client you could try deleting the active x object in IE and also clearing the cache. Then re-install the latest active x client. What version of the client as well.
Good Luck,
Steve

I would like to say that by adding a backround image instead of using "none" for a published desktop will increase bandwidth and slow screen redraws, if it is a highly defined image. Sometimes backrounds are cool to have but can cause the users to get frustrated. If you don't have any WAN...
Go to www.dabcc.com, Doug Brown and crew have revamped their website and it is top notch. I recommend looking at their site and reading some of the documentation. Advanced Printing Management is an updated version of Project Compatability.

I know that CAD is not supported on Citrix for IPCC Express, but CAD for IPCC Enterprise it is supported. What is the difference between CAD for Enterprise and CAD for Express?
Also has anyone ever installed CAD for Express on Citrix and had any issues? Does it take large amounts of CPU or...
If you want to utilize you cisco equipment. You could go from the DS1 card on the Definity to a Cisco NM-HDV with a Multiflex trunk card. Since this is a fiber connection you shouldn't need prioritization but it is good to have anyways. Use Low Latency queueing. Setup UDP on the definity and...
Group,
Current working domain is Windows 2000 with Active Directory.
I am migrating from one file server to another. How can I change all my users home directory path in Active Directory via scripting?
Thank you,

jcollie,
I double checked that with the Cisco SE and Cisco partner. All routers, switches, callmanagers, IPCC server, and Unity are 24*7*4 OSP. All phones aer 8*5 SNT.
The Avaya partner hasn't evening talked about our network equipment. I have provided them the models of routers and...
I have recently received a quote for a Cisco solution and Avaya solution. The cisco solution was designed and quoted as if I had no equipment. The same exact design from Avaya for 2 S8700's and 4 G600's at the main site, 3 G700's each at 2 remote sites, came out to over $70,000 more expensive...
Novatech,
The hunt group capability will work if you use IPCC express or Enterprise (determined by the number of agents). Why can't you use IP Telephony for a secure sight? I think you should have Cisco come in and demo your design for you. Don't forget that Cisco's support is top notch...
Mikeyb123,
The way I made WebAttendant work in a Citrix environment was to create a batch file that would call a regini file in the users home directory and would update the registry where Cisco stored the username and password. This way I can have different Receptionists use WebAttendant. It...
Has anyone successful installed Agent Desktop and WebAttendant in a Citrix Environment. I have only had the chance to installe Web Attendant once in a Citrix Environment and was able to make it work for the multiple Receptionists. But I have never had the chance to inst Agen Desktop in Citrix...
Buckwheet,
I an very interested in your discussion points. From my knowledge I thought with IPCC you didn't have to use the desktop agent if you didn't need it or couldn't use it. I thought that it was just a CTI app. The user can still log into the IP Phone agent (Services button)for ACD...
kvnandakumar,
I have some people's accounts that I need to make unavailable in the Address book without remove them from Lotus. Also if I need to put them back in the address book it needs to be easy.
Steve Thank You,
Steve
Keep working with it. I haven't work with Mocha on Citrix for over a year since I left my last company. I know it works because my users used it very often.
I want to say it is all in Mocha.
Good Luck,
Steve Thank You,
Steve
Group,
I am not very familiar with Lotus Notes. I am more familiar with Exchange so here is my question.
Recently we have had a rash of contractors start and stop. Is there a way I can hide them from the address book. I know in Exchange it is as easy as opening the user info up and checking...
