    floppy works in safe mode bot not normal mode

    I think your floppy drive in not compatable with windows XP. I read somewhere that if you want to install something that you think is not compatible with Windows XP and you should try installing it in safe mode instead. so this may be your problem! Whaystd Tell me if this helps any!
