i implemented this and it does need to be only turned on once. But now there is no showing of a second call going to the attendant. The attendant would be on the first call but would be unaware of a second call. Am i missing something basic ? thanks for any replies

All, on the soft console, you can add a key "CW-ringoff" to stop the beep on the second call waiting at the console. I know this from the threads here and the avaya docs. Does this key have to be hit every time on each incoming call ? Does it stop all beeps on the calls waiting ? I have to...
