well i know in windows 2000 the command for task manager was taskmgr but you might want to do a seacrh in windows for taskmanager or taskmgr to make sure. i have never heard of this

first thing is first, uninstall teh video card drivers...then go to C:\windows\INF and look for the driver that is associated withthat video card and delete it. then reboot your computer and try to reinstall the video driver again. fi the problem persists try reformatting the comptuer one...

you may want to check to see if this program you areusing is compatiable with windows xp. there maybe a software update or patch that needs to be applied. remember XP is not 98 and wayd ifferent.
