Eguy You are right I meant START, SETTINGS, PRINTERS. I get the same when attempting to open from control panel.

When I select START, RUN, PRINTERS WIN2K PRO stops. It only does it on the above. I am unable to see printers or print. Stopping and starting explorer unlocks.
