When I select START, RUN, PRINTERS WIN2K PRO stops. It only does it on the above. I am unable to see printers or print. Stopping and starting explorer unlocks.

I hope you meant START > SETTINGS > PRINTERS.
Can you open the printers from the control panel?

I get the same when attempting to open from control panel.
