when you enter f 983 and it comes up w/ log, what it is asking for is your admin mailbox '12' and the password (default is '0000')maybe the password was changed. so you would have to enter (12XXXX)at the log. actually the mb pw can be from 4-8characters...so it could be (12xxxxxxxx). good luck.
this is unrelated to this issue, but can you use two cp100 w/ one mics 6.0? set one up for vm, and one for call center? anyone have any ideas? done this before?
Has anyone experienced issues with the MICS 5.0 and the CTA? We are trouble shooting at a customer site, and want to know if there are any known issues. Any help would be appreciated.
you need a music source, (radio, cd player, mp3 player etc.), with an audio out jack. then you punch down the other end onthe distribution block for you phone system (refer to installer guide). then go into programming and enable MOH, and background music.
i want to use the workbook files in nru. i am hooked up to the RAD on an MICS 6.0 directly. once i enable the macros, do i just acquire? is there something that i'm missing? any help is greatly appreciated.
i haven't tested this yet....long weekend....but the customer is complaining that while in vm, sometimes dialing the 3 digit # results in an error, but if the last two digits are entered, it works. any ideas?
we upgraded a customer NAM from 4.04 to 4.1 by creating the bootable disk and rebooting the NAM. We've been able to fix the other issues since the upgrade, but it seems that either the mailbox numbers have changed to 2 digit numbers or the MICS 5.0 DN's changed...prior to the upgrade they were...
For some reason I'm having issues upgrading from MICS 5.0 XC to 6.0. I follow the upgrade directions in the 6.0 installer guide, and it seems that the config is lost once 6.0 s/w boots up. My T1's aren't configured, and the date resets, and so do the DN's. Any ideas?
