Flash programming from hyperterm

I hooked up my laptop to print the ccr tree and it asked for a password. Can I program the CCR tree from the laptop ? What password does it want ? All of the passwords in the system are the defaults.

The password is SYSMGR (uppercase)to use the resident terminal program. To my knowledge the CCR tree cannot be programmed from the laptop.

to the best of my knowledge you can only program a ccr tree from a set. unless the web browser on call pilot will let you do it.

Printing command asked for a password? strange no?

Yes on the Callpilot you can change the tree with a laptop and if it requires a recording it will come up with an option to what ext you would like to record with, enter ext # and click ok and start recording.

wb8wbn you need to be more specific I think, what version and type of Vmail do you have?

Hey, i guess all you guys are in the states? But i'm actualy in England.....as you may know its incredibly hard to get the remote access software over here!
If anyone can help i'm sure we could come to some arrangement over some cash???
