    The end users do have their name recorded. I have tried to re-enter their names in the format of First Last, and Last First, and still no go. I am at a complete loss, any other ideas? Thanks! Brad

    Audix modem doesn't answer when dialing in from DSA

    On the modem card there is a small reset button, accesible from the back of the Intuity. Press this button in for approximately 10 seconds then release. You will need a pen, or paper clip to press the button. Also unplug the line cord and plug it back in.
