Audix modem doesn't answer when dialing in from DSA

We recently rebooted our Intuity Audix 4 and now when we try to dial into it via Definity Site Administration software, it doesn't answer. Even when we dial the remote access extension directly, it doesn't answer. Any ideas?

Does the audix have an external modem? If so is it set to AA (auto answer)?

I'm having the same issue right now. I have reset the modem and made sure AA was turned on. I have also used a different modem as well (the one I use to get into the switch I know it works). Voice mail is working fine for now, But I know I will have to get in soon. ERRRRRR Wisdom is Knowledge

On the modem card there is a small reset button, accesible from the back of the Intuity. Press this button in for approximately 10 seconds then release. You will need a pen, or paper clip to press the button. Also unplug the line cord and plug it back in.
 
I did what you suggested and reset the modem via the button on the back. Also, removed the cord and put it back in. The problem was not solved so we ended up doing another reboot and that took care of the problem.
