Hi, I have e P670 with 4 partitions and 2 p660 FC-connected to a EMC 8530 I use ECC 5.1.1 SP3 to allocate disks to my servers. But with cfgmgr command, EMC disks are not visible ...i have to reboot my server to see my disks.

Actually, i have a RS/6000 F40 in AIX 4.3.3.0. I want to update it in Maintenance Level 10. My question is : Do i have to rebbot it after update ??? Because it is a touchy server....
