Thanks for the information. It was grayed out because of a server policy set on the Exchange server. The policy was under the "System Policies" heading. Right-click on the server policy and select the "Properties" option. Was able to configure the archiving from there.

We have Exchange 5.5 SP1. A few users freeze for about 30 seconds while typing, usually replying to messages. One froze while doing a spell check, had 64% resources free. Any ideas?

Nevermind, found the answer. Go to Page Setup and click Ok on sheet you wish to copy. Select the other sheets and press F4. They all now have the same header and footer, (but also all the other Page Setup properties, such as print area etc).
