i used to be able to export video 2 my digital camcorder, no problem. since i installed my new harddrive, i get the infamous export problem (playback on the camcorder only gives me the blue screen and/or extremely choppy video).

i made a movie with titles and other video moving across the screen and zooming in & out.. basically using the motion attribute to create sum animation. it runs nicely and smoothly on my computer (and even when i transfer to VCD). BUT when i record back onto mini dv (via iLINK to my camcorder)...
im workin w/ adobe premiere 6.0.
if i export a movie from the timeline (which took an hour to do), then make small changes on the timeline - i have to re-render the entire damm movie for the full one hour as opposed to the little edit i made.
i hope im wrong...

ok, update:
-i realized i had to be in PLAY mode then press the record button to accept AV in.
-but then i do the exact pocedure as above, but it doesnt record..

here's the deal:
-im using a jvc gr-dvl310 dv cam
-im using the presetting of NTSC standard 32 kHz
-i captured a video (approx 4 sec)
-i editted it in the timeline
-i rendered the timeline into an avi movie
tried exporting:
-my dv cam is on rec mode
-"export clip" >> "export to...
