Clean Server Shutdown Results in "The previous system shutdown was un"

I have a Win2K Server that was upgraded to SP4 recently. Whenever I reboot the server now, I always get a 6008 error reported and that the last system reboot was unexpected even if teh reboot was initiated cleanly. Has anyone else seen this with SP4?

    Cannot shutdown, system reboots

Problem will not be with the powere supply but probably with the version of PCI on the motherboard. I think I read somewhere that it require V2.2 minumum. A new motherboard would have fixed the problem.

Using CIM 7 to monitor disk, ram, nic, cpu, power, controllers, etc.

I believe that with the new version of the agents (V5.50) you can set tresholds to CPUs usage as well as memory caching and page file use. You can try upading to the agents to get some of the info you need.
