I've used SQL Server DTS and Ardent's DataStage.
Of what I have used:
DTS is good for low volumes within Microsoft applications (excel, text, sql server db's and Access) otherwise for more generic use, use DataStage!
Also DataStage is a lot better at the higher volumes of data.

I am having a similar problem.
Recently upgraded my database from Access 97 to 2000 and the subreport link is asking for parameters when I try and run the main report. No problems previously. No problems when I run subreport individually.
Any ideas?

Recently upgraded a database from Access to Access 2000 and now when running certain reports I am prompted for parameter values that correspond to subforms within my report.
These parameters did not appear within Access 97 and the reports picked up all the information correctly.
