We accedentially set the VLAN to 44 and now we can't access the 3300 GUI interface. Any way of changing it any other way, or blowing out the database? We do have a backup.
ok, so if you buy a used system (hardware), one must go and pay for the software license again.....the problem we're having is with a system we bought new.....I'll get that resolved now that I know what's up.
We have (2) SX200EL's, and (1) 200icp. We want to change dealers and the new dealer was told by Mitel that we'll have to pay for the software all over again!
Is this really the way Mitel works?
I got PowerTerm to work once....now it won't connect again.......I'm going to try a reset. I would love to get a copy of the Mitel Secure Telnet client. I understand it comes on the CD that came with the system and it's free to download for Mitel dealers.
For security reasons, a TLS/SSL enabled telnet client MUST be used to connect
this is the message I get from the 200ICP no matter what combination settings I seem to use...
there must be something up with the 200ICP....just tried Powerterm and same thing, it's looking for SSH/TLS client.
I don't get that message when I use port 2000.
that's one of the big problems, the connection type on most of these programs is telnet, ssh1, ssh2...I don't find any ssl......what program do you use?
