    Thanks to everyone but I think the problem might well be the usb port itself. I just tried to plug in a recorder into it and it did the very same thing.     Just recently when I plug my camera into the usb portmy monitor immediately shows "no signal" then goes black. Nothing I do will get it back to the desktop and in fact my computer freezes at that point. The only way to deal with it is to actually unplug it and reboot. Of course this doesn't...

    We actually use the same email account. We can both open and use OUtlook Express but it does not have the same address book and whoever opens it gets the new email and we can't seem to share it. I will look at whatever settings there are and see if I can figure it out. Won't be till Monday...

    Booklet printing

    The problem is is that I don't seem to have it on any of my menus. all my templates are gone which I guess would include the booklet. I have them when I look in windows explorer but how, I wonder, do I get them on so i have them inthe menus? Thanks!
