Hello,
If you have the full version of acrobat, you can use the free text tool to "write in" to the blank spaces. You select the tool, then click in the region you want to add text to, add text. Simple once you know how!
We are looking to expand our small network, 6 PCs and a server, and want to monitor loading to determine how much expansion our system can take before we need to upgrade. I have consulted with some 'computer consultants" who say they will charge us to monitor the network for 2 hours and...
Wondering if anyone has worked out how to prevent the PDF from "shrinking" the page. Like with faxes, I find sometimes that the PDF is about 80% the size of the original in terms of how it looks. There is more space around margins of the page, and the font appears smaller. Anyone...
Microsoft fax is somewhat cluncky. It doesn't allow for attachments, besides the cover sheet. Winfax takes up a lot of memeory and we have had a lot of issues with it, but it produces a better fax more effeciently. The fax facility with the WinXP is apparently a lot better than the 2000 or...
HI,
I have a similar question. We are growing from a home based business to one that has 6 employees. We are currently using seagate-(travan 1.6GB uncompressed tapes)on an old Win 95 system. We have a mixed windows environ. What would people suggest as the best alternative. We have been...
It appears the issue was WINFAX. After uninstalling winfax, I have found the problem no longer exists. It does take up a lot of memory and was taking on more and more as the day went on- (I was checking via task manager performance through out the day when winfax was installed). I will...

Thanks in advance.
Thank-you! Any ideas on the best way to save messages particularly a heap of them? Can save them, then the subject becomes the project name, and if there is a thread they may all be the same- therefore have to plough through the error messages and change the names.
I am familiar with the setting, options available in acrobat, and the company have been using acrobat 5 for about a year now. The problem we have been coming across recently is, when we convert some documents form word, they are bigger than the original, although we are using e-mail settings...
What is the most effecient way to do this? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to store attachments?
Where are attachments stored on PCs?
We have Outlook 2000 and wish to save to projects folders on the LAN pref. as a batch process
We are using a shared outlook contacts folder. However we have found that although eveyone can see the information and even change it, the perosn who sets up a new contact is the only person who can change the information. There are 2 main problems with this:
