I am familiar with the setting, options available in acrobat, and the company have been using acrobat 5 for about a year now. The problem we have been coming across recently is, when we convert some documents form word, they are bigger than the original, although we are using e-mail settings! IN one case 80KB to 1290KB! That particular document was minutes from a meeting, and in a table. Could this be the reason for the blow out? Also another document which did not have a table went from 103 to 107 KB. Any ideas?
