    Got bad news it is not CCM it is your carrier. If your carrier is using a 5e switch as it's dial tone provider CCM will not except the name only number. Cisco says it is fixed in 3.4 do out in Dec. 2003. Has something to do with the name type on the 5e.

    If you have all of the NTP's the system engineering one has the specs and card information so does the installation and maint. The whole set of 15+ books or the CD set should have been left on site from the install.

    Goto LD 80 and do a list also. Look in your NTP for that one.
