I have changed RESN to No did not make any difference, change RCAP to ND2 and still no difference. Installed a M2616 to check how it would display and it does the same as the M3904. Anything else? Thanks

I don't remember. All I know it took me about a week to figure this out and why it did not allow tranfers I can't tell you. I know I have other sites that work with VOD.

I had a very similar problem and had to change my trunks from VOD to VCE and that took care of it. Of course I was dealing with T1 trunks, don't know about you.
