The above sounds like the way to go if your have time to get into it, but i found that if all you want is a basic user, with a profile path, home directory and mailbox, then Addusers.exe does the job well. We create 10000 users using it, it can import from a basic csv file

Have you tried selecting multiple users lander? Thats how we dour ours.. Thats the easy part, i havent found a way round either for manually setting up outlook for each user.

Maybe im wrong but doesnt the user need 'log on locally' rights to the exchange server?
