    I think I just solved a similar problem, I don't know about SP1 but for me it was about configuring the server extensions. open IIS>right click on Default Website>Properties>All Tasks>Configure Server Extensions. It worked for me. If not, you might want to check out...

    Im having the same problem but I already do have IIS installed, it's not recognizing a server name (e.g. localhost) when I begin a new project. Thanks, Ariel

    I'd say from around 18 to 22. Play around with it a little. See how smooth you want it while maintaing a low frame rate. If im not mistaken, a higher frame rate means a larger file size.
