Interesting that this is the only domain where you are having trouble. Is Barclay's blocking you, or are they performing a DNS lookup? If they are performing a lookup, is your isp providing a reverse lookup for your mx record?

You must add the domain to your relay list. Add the domain name on the smtp virtual server's property page, access tab, relay button.

Ports: 80 for http 443 for https 25 for smtp 110 (If you're using POP3)

A little more information please. I assume you are using the SMTP packet filter. What version of the Watchguard software are you using? What email server are you using?
