You can always block the number on an ISDN T1 with a feature access code. We use it all the time for collections.

BellSouth onsite today with test set and a test set in the CO. We were able to trap the digits being out pulsed from the CO. There was duplication of the first digit between the CO and my site. I will update once the network guy comes onsite on Wednesday. Thanks for all that have replied.
