I am in the process of setting up a new BOXI r2 system. I have a folder setup with a report and a group linked to it with view on demand access. When I login as a user in that group, I expect to be able to see these links; view, schedule, history and properties. I don't see view, just the...
Turns out that the ODBC setup on the server requires a full path to the data rather than a mapped drive. Services cannot use mapped drives.
Thanks for your help.
I have a CE 10 system running on Windows 2003 server. I have setup an ODBC connection to a foxpro 2.6 database. I've created a report in CR 10 which uses the ODBC connection. It runs successfully in CR but fails with error 'The table could not be found' in CE.
any ideas?
I would like to export the email addresses contained in the N2K file that is created by Outlook using the Autocomplete feature. Is this possible?
Thank you
With many thanks to TurkBear in thread782-1171682 I was able to write a program that will give me a list of reports along with user security for each. I found the security information in CE COM Developers Library Guide. I've included the code here in case others are interested.

I've been tasked with documenting our Crystal Enterprise system setup (version 10). One request in particular is a list of reports and the users who have access to each. Is it possible to use Query builder to get the information? I don't relish the thought of looking at each report.

It was determined that the IIS server should be clustered in...
Hi Ken.
My users haven't really shown any interest in drill down. They run their reports and almost immediately export them to pdf. I'll take your suggestion regarding the hot fix. I'm very interested to hear what you find out on Monday. Thanks for keeping this going.
Carol
If I'm not mistaken, the historical instances are kept in the \filestore\output folder but are named in such a way that it is impossible to tell what report instance it is unless you open it.
