I have a CE 10 system running on Windows 2003 server. I have setup an ODBC connection to a foxpro 2.6 database. I've created a report in CR 10 which uses the ODBC connection. It runs successfully in CR but fails with error 'The table could not be found' in CE.

any ideas?

Is the ODBC created as a SYSTEM DSN, rather than a USER DSN?

Does the account that your CE services (eg. CMS, PageServer, etc) run under have access to the network location where your foxpro DB resides...?

Log in to your server using the account that your CE services (eg. CMS, PageServer, etc) run under, launch Crystal Reports and try running the RPT file that is failing in CE.

Turns out that the ODBC setup on the server requires a full path to the data rather than a mapped drive. Services cannot use mapped drives.

Thanks for your help.
