    This is an idea I read from someone else that didn't sound all bad... Type the text you use for the form letters into a Signature file. Then just open up a new email and Insert -> Signature. Hope that helps! Eric Sanders -Just some guy on a board.

    Here's a tool someone else pointed me to... If you're now using Windows with IE 3 or Netscape 3 or newer, Belarc ( http://www.belarc.com/Download.html ) has a free plugin that will audit your system. Besides hardware, it will also give a complete list of software installed.
