    Alrighty. Got the setup program from the link, executed, and restarted. Made no difference. Found out from my husband that the error message comes up in a DOS window that says exactly this.... < GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem > Maybe this is a different error...

    In the Adapter tab, it gives me the same info listed above that I got from the thing you told me to do in the Run prompt. Looks we're going to have to do the email thing from your buddy? Thanks for being such a help...
