mluckie1, Yeah, I did those commands on the MDR, and they worked fine. I found the problem to be the actual modem on the OTM machine. I was using an internal 3Com USRobotics, but swapped it out for an external USRobotics Sportster, problem solved!! Thanks for the insight!
