You could try to boot to C: and run fdisk /mbr to clean the boot record. That's all I can think of

I guess I've been lucky. I wasn't able to even install SP1. Based on what I've been hearing/reading, I wont be either. Maybe I'll just fdisk and "downgrade" to Win2k and leave the XP disk under the truck tire.

Try this: Control Panel\User Accounts CLick on te icon that is You, and in the upper right hand corner click on "Mnagae my Network Passwords" Don't ya just love XP????

I had some problems with XP and PCA. Turned out to be a version conflict. We "were" using PCA 10.0. Had to go out and blow MORE MONEY on 10.5 for the XP compatability. Gotta love it....(yeah right)! Hope this helps

I would stick with Zone Alarm. You'll be able to configure it the way you want to. The built in one, from what I've seen when I played wit it doen't allow for any config.

Near as I can tell, XP is 2000 wit a new look and more game support.
