    8.8 Logger & CLS Available

We have just surplused an 8.8 Logger (72 channel) and matching CLS. Is anyone interested in these, possibly for spare parts? Both units less than 4 years old & were fully functional when removed from service Feb. 1, 2006.

    Agent Busy Indicators

Is it possible to have busy indicators for logged-in agents? Currently running S8710 with CM 3.0. If I set a busy indicator for an agent, it will flash when the agent is calling me, but will not light solid when the agent is on a call. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

DWALIN: Thanks for the info. I will ask our B.P. about 3.0.1. When was this released & do you by any chance have release notes from AVAYA @ what was fixed? Also, we do not have an EMMC server nor are we utilizing this feature.

We ordered a Call Master VI from our Business Partner to test but the set did not come with the software needed to control it from the P.C. Is this software available as a download from Avaya or is it an expensive R.T.U. item? I could not find it on their web page. Thanks for any help that...

Does anyone remember the Western Electric Coreboards?

Tripoth: I am a collector of cord switchboards & would be VERY, VERY interested in learning about this particular board especially where it is located *AND* how I could get my name on the bottom of the switchboard so that when it hits the dumpster I can dig it out! If you wouldn't mind, could...

Stop Music On Hold on parked calls

Mikeydidit: Thanks again for your help. I keep hitting the same brick wall as well. Do you think that tenant partitioning might be an option? I tried some tests with this but never got real far. I wonder if on a partitioned system ALL parked calls always get music source 1? NCPHONEMAN....

Stop Music On Hold on parked calls

Mikeydidit: Thanks for the info -- I tried this & it works fine for held calls, but not for parked calls. I need to find a way to return silence on parked calls. Can you think of anything else that I could try?

How to keep original VDN name after RONA

What are the settings so that the original VDN name will appear on agents sets even if the call has been RONAed? We are using a G3R switch with release 9.5 software. An example of the problem: Call routes via VDN # 1000 with the name of "ABC Company" to hunt # 1. An available agent gets the...

    DNIS length change help

Thanks for the info -- unfortunately, we must have zero down time. My plan is to change all DNIS from four digit in the 4,000 range to six digit in the 500,000 range. I plan to have both the old & new DNIS programmed, have our LD carrier make the change, test, then remove all 4 digit VDN's...

Wrong Caller I.D. to Analog Sets

We have proven this problem on four different types of sets/equipment. Another point I forgot to mention, the C.D.R. record for both calls is correct.

Wrong Caller I.D. to Analog Sets

We have discovered that calls to analog sets display the wrong caller I.D. number. Here are the particulars: Definity G3R, 9.5 software. Two analog sets, extensions 3001 and 3002, set type of "callrid" with call coverage from 3001 to 3002 if 3001 is busy or active. If two calls are presented...
