I have now 2 160 GB drives grouped into Raid 0 drives, I would like to undo the raid configuration and leave it as two separte drives even tough if it requires reformating the hard drives.
I would like to have a step by step guide how to do it.

Well if I can format the drive I would have done it in first place, I can't do that I have over 20GB with valuable data that is stored on this drive.

Whenever I delete any file from the folders, it directly deletes the file without going to the recycle bin as it used to earlier.
I find the recycle bin always empty although I dont shift+delete files. I have SP2 updated.
