I am having problems connecting my printers or other devices through all of my USB's, cables are OK and the Peripherals are all working and powered on.

One think that I could think of that caused this issue is, I may used one or two USB's in front of my PC for several Peripherals, but even when I am using the USB's of the back of the PC it still doesn't work.

Can any one help me with that?

Check in the BIOS to see that USB facility has been enabled. You don't say what operating system you're using. Early Windows (95, NT4, etc.) don't support USB. Check in Device Manager to see your computer's USB hardware has been detected by Windows and is currently software enabled.

I can't tell exactly what your problem is. Do you have any USB devices working? Are there some ports that don't work whatever is plugged into them, or some devices that don't work no matter where you plug them into, or is it something else?

I try not to let my ignorance prevent me from offering a strong opinion.

I didnt quite understand what you mean, what works and what doesnt?
What os?

Good advice + great people = tek-tips

Thanks to all of you for trying to help me.
My OS is Windows XP. Not all USB's aren't working I have my Logitech Cordless Mouse and Keyboard are plugged in USB ports.

Thanks a lot

I suggest first of all you disconnect everything other than the mouse and keyboard which you tell us are both USB. These devices both work ok, right?

Next, switch off PC and plug the mouse into a different USB port, switch on, and see if the mouse works properly. Do the same for each of the other ports you have in your machine.

This will confirm (or otherwise) which ports are working, and which are not.

Let us know the outcome...
